Quality Control
This course is the beginning of the CNC course offered. It entails learning about the measuring equipment etc. for CNC jobbing. It is a pre-requisite for the Basic programmer and Practical setter Course. This course will allow you to do quality control in a company, ensuring that the material made is in good form.
Basic Operator & Programmer
This course is a theoretical course which will allow you to learn all you need to know about Operating a CNC Machine as well as Programming it.
Practical Setter
This course is a practical course which allows you to learn how the machine is started and set up. It entails manually using M.D. I (Manual data input) as well as using a hand wheel and jog to machine jaws. It allows you to learn how to load a program and also run programs in auto mode. You will be taught how to set tools in geometry and how to change offsets.
Advance Lathe Programming
This course is a theoretical course which will allow you to learn all you know about programming a Lathe. You will be taught how to write programs in the shortest way possible by using Can cycles, Sub programs, using correct feeds and speeds, when to use a certain radius, how to distinguish the difference between G41 and G42 also to monitor the tool nose radius direction.
Basic Milling
This is a theoretical course which will allow you to learn all you need to know about Mill writing machine. The course details into how it works and how to use it, as well as programming it and understanding how to set it.
Advance Setting and Milling
This is a theoretical as well as a practical course which goes more into detail about learning how to start and set up a Mill writer.
CAD CAM (Feature CAM)
This is a computer course where you will learn how to draw and make certain programs for the machine on Feature CAM software. You will be taught how to use the program as well as be taught how to draw on it and create your own drawing and program that will be used on the CNC Machine.
